Box Beams
Custom Beams. Built To Fit.
About Our Box Beams

Box beams offer the look and presence of solid timber without the weight or installation challenges. We build each beam in-house using high-quality lumber, with careful attention to grain, color, and joinery so it reads as a true timber once installed. Whether you're after a reclaimed look or a clean, modern finish, our box beams are built to fit the space and the design.Every beam is built in-house from carefully selected lumber. By controlling the process from raw material to finished product, we're able to maintain consistent quality, accommodate custom sizing, and deliver a finished beam that fits the project and the design.

What Makes Our Box Beams Different?

Precision Joinery and Hand-Finished Details
Unlike many box beams that rely solely on glued miter joints, we use a specialized shaper cutter head that creates interlocking mitered corners. This mechanical connection strengthens the joint, improves alignment during assembly, and helps create a cleaner finished product. After assembly, we spend time carefully rolling and blending the corners rather than simply sanding them over. This extra step softens the edges and helps create the appearance of a naturally aged timber rather than a hollow beam with visible seams.

In-House Production
From lumber selection to final finish, every beam is built in our shop. Owning our own lumber yard and sawmill allows us to maintain greater control over quality, material selection, and lead times.

Custom Sizing
Each beam is built to the specific dimensions of your project. Whether you're looking for a small decorative beam or a large architectural feature, we can build to fit your space.
